It's time to check in on the Bauers again, my sim family.
Ordinarily, I would have a very negative reaction to this question coming from a nanny, But Shenene is different. She is the best nanny I've ever had.
She actually likes kids - imagine a nanny liking kids. It's unheard of.
Time for Cassandra's birthday.
Cassandra is now less needy and able to help out a little, which is great.
Because I think there may be another Bauer in the oven.
Cassandra's first day of school, and she looks thrilled.
Scott is now a Project Leader. That sounds important.
Cassandra's little friend here needs to stop giving her ideas of adopting a pet rat. We have enough chaos without adding pets to this family.
Scott is ready for the birthday party.
And if looks could kill, he'd be dead. I have no idea why I'm giving him that look.
Oh, mood swings...
And poor Charity is a bald kid. She grew up in an animal costume, which fits her personality. She loved animal costumes as a kid, and would wear them way beyond when she outgrew them.
She's a very cute sim, even though she's bald.
Cassandra loves science? Well, I always figured her as more of an arts and crafts person.
Charity learns to talk quickly. Notice her pajamas are another animal costume.
And if she enjoys cleaning and skilling, then she will enjoy her day.
Another snow baby? I promise not to bury it in the snow like Clinton Webb's baby, though.
Awww, a baby girl. We still need 3 boys, so I'm wondering how many extra girls we're going to get.
Meet my fake daughter, Amiee. Amiee was a name I had chosen for my fourth child, who turned out to be an Ian.
In real life, I would definitely make an excuse not to move a piano.
Yay, it's not only lazy, but logical to make an excuse and leave the job to the professionals.
We now have a basement! It's very empty now, but Cassandra volunteered to see if the basement were accessible, which it apparently is. I'm so glad, because the house is beginning to get really crowded.
Charity's birthday. Let's see if she grows some hair. In real life, it was Cassandra that was the bald baby, and Charity that had hair.
Blow out those candles, honey!
Yay, hair! The real Charity had a lot of very long hair until she was about 18.
She is also a very talented artist who draws prolifically. The sim Charity loves to paint.
Another promotion. Go me.
Charity showing off her art.
Scott is an inventor now.
Birthday time for the superfluous Bauer daughter Amiee.
Or not. We could always drop the smelly baby on the floor and wait until later.
Scott does the honors and throws the little stinker with a little help from MATY's baby controller. I usually only use it for growing up glitched babies since it makes baby care too easy - feels like cheating to use the other features.
Amiee, you are, um, an interesting-looking kid. I think you got the worst of our features. Maybe it's just a phase and you'll outgrow it.
Charity sold her first masterpiece. Congratulations, wunderkind!
This best mouse trap is a playful cat, but whatever. We won't say no to §10,000!
This is a fun new interaction - at least until I smack her into the side of the house in two seconds.
Good job, kid. Way to help out the family. When you turn into a teen, I'll give you something cool...
I'll save you a wish on the Genie lamp. I know what Scott will wish for - Wealth!
Yep. That will come in handy to pay for future home expansions.
I wished for Piece of Mind. That way as long as there is an energizer available, these pregnancies won't kill my simself.
Scoring: 1 point for another baby. The population is now 26.

What is this? Pregnant again???? Hopefully a boy this time. :)
They are family sims, right? I hope! LOL I like the swinging interaction too. Hopefully it didn't hurt too much when she was smacked into the house! ;)
Oh yes, Wen. This is pretty similar to my real life experience of 5 kids in 8 years.
Ouch! 5 in 8? I had two in two....then 11 years later I had one more.
This update had me laughing the whole way through. I love getting little anecdotes about your RL family too. It's really fun. Amiee is interesting now, but I bet she grows into the looks.
Thanks, ciyrose! I can't help but enjoy seeing my sim family and the similarities and differences between them and my real life family. Amiee grew up to be surprisingly beautiful despite being a kind of weird-looking kid, IMO.
