The Fletchers: Round 1 / Growing Up and Goals

Finally it is the Fletchers turn. Beverly (red hair, red pajamas) is a popularity sim has a Lifetime want of owning 5 top-level businesses, so she opened a venue in their basement where other sims come for entertainment. Actually they usually come over and smustle themselves stinky out on the lawn. What was weird was that Beverly's Lifetime Want seemed to have changed auto-magically. I could have sworn the first time I checked she had wanted to be a Space Pirate. I thought maybe I was remembering wrong, but as it turns out, Beverly is just an indecisive sim who doesn't know what she wants to be when she grows up.

Grace would really like to be the Education Minister. That's a pretty lofty goal for a playground monitor but who knows what the future will bring.

Sophie's goal is just to get someone to let her out of her crib. With the crib in the upstairs hallway, sometimes she really has to scream her lungs out to get someone's attention. Her well-meaning family had so many other things to do that they didn't always give her the attention she wanted.

Even though she didn't get a party or a cake, Sophie was so glad when she got old enough to take care of herself a little more.

Now that she could walk, Sophie was able to corner her Aunt Beverly long enough to get some homework help.

Sophie and Rudy enjoy a game of red hands after a grueling day of public school. I like their matching dinosaur raincoats. Aunt Beverly enjoys a grilled cheese sandwich... Mmmmmm...

Grace takes a tiny step toward her goal. Being a substitute teacher can't be at all fun, though. There are some kids that love having a sustitute teacher -- they love to see just how much they can get away with when their regular teacher is gone.

Beverly finds Neil rather attractive. I'm not sure if he will be the one for her, but he's a definite possibility. He really likes her red hair, as you can see.

Charles grew into a pleasure-loving teen, and I failed to get a picture of him other than this one.

I did manage to get a picture of Rudy as a teen.

I'm really glad he's a knowledge sim. I definitely prefer Knowledge as an aspiration, so I get excited every time I roll a two. It's so easy to just stick them in a thinking cap and keep them skilling.

As everyone said, the kids are so cute! I like Knowledge sims a lot too, but I seem to get a lot more pleasure sims instead. lol

Thanks, ciyrose! I'm now to the point where I don't enjoy knowledge Sims quite as much, as they can be boring. They're easy to keep happy, but kind of boring if you have too many of them in one house sitting around reading. It's hard to write an interesting story about skilling. ;)
